As a vital member of the Legal, Compliance, Security (LCS) team, the Senior Specialist in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) will be instrumental in managing AML initiatives and investigations to protect BCLC from potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee cross-functional projects that support the AML Strategy
  • Assess and interpret AML-related issues
  • Foster and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement enhancements to strengthen AML compliance
  • Safeguard confidentiality and protect investigative documentation
  • Serve as a delegate for leadership when necessary
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, criminology, or a related discipline
  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or equivalent certification
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in investigative or security roles
  • Comprehensive knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to make prompt, responsible decisions in high-pressure situations
