Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Belcor Foods Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve our goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
