Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent oral communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of culinary genres.
