Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving and Processing
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Process and store inventory in a timely and efficient manner
- Inventory Management
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Shipping and Fulfillment
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload shipments to and from trucks and other vehicles
- Warehouse Maintenance
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized at all times
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Skills
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
