Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and prepared for delivery.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in the maintenance of a safe and efficient warehouse environment, including cleaning, organization, and equipment maintenance.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of inventory movements, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet company standards and are properly stored and handled.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Warehouse, Retail/Wholesale Establishment/Distribution Centre
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Work under pressure, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye coordination, Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
