Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems, including built-up roofing, asphalt shingles, and single-ply roofing. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work at heights, in various weather conditions, and with heavy loads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair roofing systems, including built-up roofing, asphalt shingles, and single-ply roofing
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in roofing or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to the elements. The ability to work at heights and with heavy loads is essential.
