Position Overview

The role of the Office Administrator at MSC BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION LTD. is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that support the overall efficiency of our office.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance new administrative processes to improve workflow.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Implement policies and procedures concerning the management of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws.
  • Assist in developing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.

Experience Requirements
