Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Hotel At Falcon Lake.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and managing the front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Process group arrivals and departures
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Exchange foreign currency
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
- Follow emergency and safety procedures
- Clerical duties (i.e., faxing, filing, photocopying)
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls
- Provide customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
