Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Representative to join our team at The Hotel At Falcon Lake. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest arrivals and departures, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in all front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process departures
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes
- Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Process guest payments, calculate charges, and balance cash
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory and cash handling
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an asset
