Key Responsibilities:
As the leader in this domain, you will:

  • Develop and lead a high-performing sales team dedicated to enterprise-level clients.
  • Define sales territories, establish performance goals, and ensure the team is equipped for success.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve peak performance.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market share within your designated region.
  • Enhance customer adoption and satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.
  • Collaborate with partners to broaden reach and promote service adoption.
  • Oversee contract negotiations to secure beneficial agreements.
  • Foster long-term strategic relationships with key governmental accounts.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Canadian Defence and Military Market or with National Security Agencies.
  • Extensive experience in crafting go-to-market strategies.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in technology-driven consultative roles, including business development and product management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
