Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc OA Subway Sandwich.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including food and supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and direct events, such as catering and facility use, to ensure a positive experience for customers.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
