Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc OA Subway Sandwich. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff scheduling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and driving sales growth through effective promotions and pricing strategies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
