Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc OA Subway Sandwich. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations.
- Operations: Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and health and safety protocols.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
