Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc OA Subway Sandwich. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain management, and staff supervision.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that the restaurant is receiving high-quality products at competitive prices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic environment.
