Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc OA Subway Sandwich. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high standards are met
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing plans and promotions
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
