As a key member of the Global Legal Operations team at Equinix, the Legal Operations Technology Analyst will play a critical role in driving digital transformation across the Legal practice areas. This exciting opportunity requires a bright, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional with solid technology experience and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives for the Legal department.
- Support the implementation, deployment, and further development of Legal Technology systems, including ServiceNow, Onit, and iManage.
- Lead the creation, ongoing analysis, and maintenance of existing and future state process documents, guides, and training materials.
- Develop and administer Legal technology and Project Management systems trainings.
- Track, monitor, and suggest ServiceNow system workflow enhancements with internal IT and vendor developers.
- Assist in the creation of new Knowledge Base materials in ServiceNow.
- Support E-billing system admin duties and track, monitor, and suggest E-billing system enhancements with internal IT and vendor developers.
- Project manage smaller Legal technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and partner with Senior Manager of Legal Technology and IT to recommend practical, innovative solutions.
- Support and lead New Hire Legal Technology overview training program.
- Department-wide report creation and distribution.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Legal environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with Legal technology and processes preferred.
- Project Management qualifications preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, including business case acumen.
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects for various internal customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Ability to make decisions independently, knowing how and when to escalate issues.
