We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail leasing professional to lead our national leasing function and drive occupancy and revenue growth for Skyline's Retail REIT portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Manage and oversee the leasing process for our retail portfolio, including renewals and new leasing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and other industry stakeholders
  • Provide input and opinion on leasing assumptions and budgeting processes
  • Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in retail leasing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of retail leasing principles and practices, as well as applicable laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule and travel when required
