- Authorize product returns and manage customer inquiries.
- Create and manage employee work schedules.
- Engage in direct sales activities and assist customers.
- Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance and staff management.
- Address and resolve customer issues, including complaints and supply shortages.
- Maintain organized inventory and stock levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
