Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task delegation
- Authorize return of merchandise and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Establish work schedules and manage store inventory
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant software
