About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at StJohns Wireless. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store display to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations and Administration: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and other software to maintain store displays and promotional materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales and operations experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other software relevant to the role.
