In this position, you will:

  1. Offer expert counsel and support to management, staff, and both internal and external stakeholders regarding business process management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify, enhance, and sustain process improvement initiatives.
  2. Utilize analytical and quantitative techniques to evaluate, design, and implement opportunities for process optimization that streamline and simplify cross-departmental operations.
  3. Establish significant business metrics to enhance process efficiency and deliver tangible business outcomes.
  4. Communicate effectively and strategically influence mid-level management and executive leaders to embrace productivity enhancements and advocate for change management.
  5. Guide and mentor team members to achieve desired results; oversee direct reports in this capacity.
  6. Promote a customer-centric culture to strengthen client relationships and leverage broader organizational resources and knowledge to support team goals and personal growth.
  7. Recognize how the Bank's risk appetite and culture should inform daily operations and decision-making.
  8. Manage daily activities in alignment with the Bank's risk culture and relevant risk appetite guidelines.
  9. Disseminate the Bank's risk culture and appetite statements throughout your teams.
  10. Contribute to a high-performance environment where employees are accountable and focused on key priorities.
  11. Ensure that processes and procedures are timely, high-quality, and effective to support the success of business partners and enhance customer experiences.
  12. Foster an environment where the team strives for operational efficiency in their respective areas.
  13. Guarantee the adequacy and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet operational risk, regulatory compliance, and conduct risk requirements, including responsibilities under various risk management frameworks.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

We would be eager to collaborate with you if you possess:

  1. Over 5 years of relevant experience, including expertise in cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
  2. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is advantageous.
  3. Experience with Lean methodologies and tools, as well as small to medium-scale change management initiatives.
  4. Proficiency in managing organizational change, aligning efforts with overarching business objectives, and developing long-term strategies for sustainable improvement.
  5. Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, encourage collaboration, and drive results.
