We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Finance Digital Initiatives team at Rodan Energy Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our upcoming SAP upgrade/replacement project.

**Responsibilities**

  • Document and analyze current finance business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process flow diagrams to visualize and communicate complex business processes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and process owners to develop user stories and requirements for software development.
  • Facilitate Agile sprint planning and ensure that user stories are testable and deliverable.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation and job aids to support the new/revised processes.
  • Lead the development of a standard framework for documenting and maintaining business process information.
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to permanent employees to develop internal Business Analyst resources.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a strong background in process improvement and business analysis.
  • Proven experience in defining business processes for software development and testing.
  • Technical expertise in estimation of development efforts, MS PowerBI, Azure DevOps, Databricks, and Python.
  • Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile-Scrum methodologies, as well as business process reengineering principles.
  • Experience with SharePoint, SQL, and SAP.
