You will also be responsible for developing and evaluating programs, fostering volunteerism, and ensuring sound financial and facility management. Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Suite, QuickBooks Online, and social media platforms is required. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for music and the arts, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Salary: $60,000–$62,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and life insurance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
