Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Reporting: Generate and distribute monthly inventory reports to retail locations and management. Data Analysis: Examine data to identify opportunities for inventory reduction and efficiency improvements. Procurement: Create daily reorder reports for stores and manage approved orders. Act as a backup for warehouse purchasing activities. ERP System Maintenance: Conduct regular reviews of ERP data to ensure accuracy across all stores. Warranty Coordination: Serve as a liaison between retail locations and the warehouse regarding warranty matters. Communication: Ensure effective communication with internal teams, retail locations, suppliers, and management. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance inventory management processes, streamline operations, and reduce costs. Documentation: Maintain precise and current inventory records, including item descriptions, quantities, and storage locations. Problem Solving: Proactively resolve inventory discrepancies and work to identify root causes, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to optimize inventory processes and achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in inventory planning or related fields, emphasizing inventory management. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations, and Microsoft Outlook for communication. Inventory Management Experience: Strong grasp of inventory control principles, demand forecasting, and optimization strategies. ERP System Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems for managing inventory, transactions, and reporting. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for interacting with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing data, trends, and consumption patterns to inform inventory decisions. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and analyzing inventory. Problem Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address inventory-related challenges. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and across departments. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
