Key Responsibilities

- Oversee recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a strong workforce.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and sales performance.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in management or supervisory roles within the restaurant or retail sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Experience with scheduling and workforce management is a plus.
