Job Summary:

A Wedding Coordinator at Westwood Plateau plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for the bride and groom from the moment they arrive at our facility until the end of the wedding reception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate timing details for the bridal couple, including rehearsal and ceremony schedules
  • Facilitate wedding rehearsals and ensure all logistical arrangements are in place
  • Provide exceptional service to the head table during the wedding reception
  • Maintain a professional and neat appearance at all times
  • Monitor deliveries and vendor arrivals, including cake, flowers, boutonnieres, and DJ equipment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or F&B Management team

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Serving It Right license is mandatory; Foodsafe certification is an asset
  • Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service requirements
