About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management System (DMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our customers on our DMS software.
  • Provide virtual and on-site training to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our software.
  • Collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our DMS software, and effectively communicate these changes to our customers.
  • Identify and address any customer concerns or issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month, with valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable).
