About the Role

MNP is a leading national accounting, tax, and business advisory firm in Canada. We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our Insolvency team, providing exceptional support to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception switchboard, directing incoming calls and ensuring efficient communication.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive and courteous demeanor.
  • Provide top-notch client service, both in person and over the phone.
  • Process and distribute mail, packages, and office supplies.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including supply rooms and inventory.
  • Coordinate catering and meeting setup as needed.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and printing reports.
  • Prepare and review templates, letters, and reports.

Requirements

  • Office and clerical experience in a professional environment is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
