Job Title: National Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Intake Coordinator to join our team at GardaWorld. As a key member of our Operations Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring requests for services from national clients are processed and directed to the appropriate branch for service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process requests for service from national clients via service ticket and forward to the prescribed Garda branch or authorized subcontractor for service.
  • Assist with overflow alarm calls (phone and radio) and direct items of a non-routine nature or requiring clarity to the Operations Centre Duty Manager.
  • Interact regularly with other personnel within the Operations Centre, including Scheduling Coordinators, Dispatch personnel, and Intake Coordinators.
  • Participate in cross-training on other duties and responsibilities within the Operations Centre.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of stress.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to use GTrack to create service tickets.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
