Farm Operations Manager

LITTLE MINH'S FARM INC. is seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure efficient and effective farm operations.
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Maintain quality control and production records to optimize crop yields and livestock performance.
- Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs to ensure the health and well-being of our animals.
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure optimal crop yields and quality.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field.
- Or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:
- Permanent position.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language required.
