Maintain the smooth operation of our farm by overseeing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and bio-security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and apply fertilizers to promote healthy crop growth
  • Shear and shape trees and plants using knives to maintain optimal shape and size
  • Conduct regular weeding to prevent competition for resources
  • Manage financial and production records to inform decision-making
  • Provide agricultural services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers and harvesting laborers
  • Ensure adherence to farm safety and bio-security procedures
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Manage work records and logs
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
Supervision and Experience:
  • Supervise a team of more than 20 people
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
