Key Responsibilities- Mixing and Application of Fertilizers: Ensure the accurate mixing and application of fertilizers to promote healthy crop growth.
- Tree and Plant Maintenance: Supervise the shearing and shaping of trees and plants using knives, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Weeding and Crop Management: Implement effective weeding strategies and manage crop growth to optimize yields and quality.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate financial and production records, and provide regular reports to management on farm performance.
- Agricultural Services: Provide a range of agricultural services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting, to ensure the health and productivity of our crops.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Farm Safety and Bio-Security: Ensure that all farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, and that the farm is maintained in a clean and safe working environment.
- Quality Control and Production: Monitor and maintain quality control and production records, and implement strategies to improve yields and quality.
- Crop Operations Supervision: Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards.
- Work Records and Logs: Maintain accurate work records and logs, and provide regular reports to management on farm performance.
- Machinery and Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order and that maintenance schedules are adhered to.
- Supervision Experience: Proven experience in supervising a team of more than 20 people.
- Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
