Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

At TURNING POINT JANITORIAL SERVICES LTD, we are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities and establish effective work schedules.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Recommend additional services required to maintain the site's cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a physically demanding work schedule.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
