Sephora is seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our stores and assets from theft and other forms of loss.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveillance and investigations to identify and prevent theft and other forms of loss.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners, law enforcement agencies, and other retailers to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Prepare reports and provide testimony in court as needed.
  • Provide training and coaching to store employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
  • Conduct store self-audits and safety inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
  • Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching in the moment.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel is desirable.
  • A High School graduate or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work in a fragrance-filled environment.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Bend and stretch to stock shelves.
