Key responsibilities include conducting store self-audits, assisting with inventory preparation, and developing and executing shrinkage prevention plans. To be successful in this role, you will need strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in asset protection or loss prevention is an asset.
