Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, quality patient-centered care. You will work collaboratively with our interprofessional healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing your critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Your strong communication skills, both written and oral, will enable you to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program
  • Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)
Additional Required Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum (1) year of employment as a licensed practical nurse in acute care in the past (3) years
