Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Production Director to join our team at Flagship Media Records Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic aspects of our productions, including film, theater, and television.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Direct: Supervise staff and teams to achieve desired artistic interpretations, including dancers, musicians, and singers.
  • Artistic Planning: Plan, organize, and direct the artistic aspects of production, including set design, costumes, and props.
  • Production Coordination: Coordinate and direct the photography of production, including determining lighting, lenses, camera angles, and backgrounds.
  • Team Management: Oversee staff in various areas of responsibility, including production, editing, and post-production.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, with equivalent experience considered.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Environment: The work environment is noisy and outdoors, with a focus on sound studios, production or editing studios, concert halls, and live events.
