Job Summary:
The position of Artistic Director at Dancing Opportunities oversees the artistic direction and overall success of our organization, emphasizing inclusivity and celebrating the abilities and creativity of all dancers.

Dancing Opportunities is a pioneering dance organization that creates, teaches, performs, and presents inclusive dance and inter-arts performances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the artistic direction and overall success of Dancing Opportunities
- Emphasize inclusivity and celebrate the abilities and creativity of all dancers
- Lead the development of new dance and inter-arts performances
- Collaborate with dancers, choreographers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and engaging performances
- Ensure the organization's mission and values are upheld in all artistic endeavors
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in the disability dance space or a willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong artistic vision and ability to bring new ideas to the table
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for inclusivity and celebrating the abilities and creativity of all dancers
