As a vital member of the Philanthropy Team at OIC, the Director of Philanthropy will be tasked with managing and expanding a portfolio of significant donors, which encompasses individuals, corporate partners, private foundations, and community organizations. Furthermore, team members adhere to a Biblical framework and philosophy regarding fundraising and financial stewardship.
If you possess expertise in major donor fundraising, have a strong financial background, and share a passion for the mission and values of OIC, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
OUR STORY

Our approach equips families with the necessary tools and training to enhance their businesses, improve agricultural yields, provide for their families, ensure their children receive an education, and ultimately break the cycle of poverty.
OUR VISION
We envision a world where every individual has the opportunity to live a life free from poverty, with dignity and purpose.
OUR MISSION
By offering financial solutions and training, we empower individuals living in poverty to transform their lives, the futures of their children, and their communities.
