Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Community Fundraising Coordinator to join our We Challenge MS team at MS Canada. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for executing initiatives to deepen community engagement and generate peer-to-peer fundraising revenue for our organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through community fundraising initiatives.
  • Community Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with MS community members, including participants, donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Fundraising Coaching: Provide direct stewardship and fundraising coaching to MS community members to enhance their fundraising skills.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning, promoting, and implementing various fundraising events and initiatives to meet revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in fundraising, community engagement, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong relationship management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or non-profit management.
