The Bruce County nursing department is seeking a skilled Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide high-quality personal care to residents in accordance with their care plans. This role requires collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Compensation and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly wage of $27.61, as per the UNIFOR collective agreement. Additionally, they will be eligible for 12% in lieu of benefits and 4% in lieu of vacation. The part-time position will work night shifts from 10PM to 6AM, with each open line containing 4 shifts within a two-week period, including every other weekend.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized College

- Point Click Care experience is an asset
