Job Title: Shift Manager - Food Service Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at K&K SONS 1 HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
