At CAE, we're committed to delivering exceptional training solutions that empower our customers to succeed. As an Instructor/Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of military intelligence training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for the Mission Intelligence Coordinator (MIC) MQ-9B course, incorporating theoretical, synthetic, and live phases.
  • Ensure training delivery is consistent with training objectives and teaching points in the training plan, adhering to applicable training standards.
  • Design and implement synthetic training using complex simulators and scenario generation systems.
  • Contribute to the development of courseware and teaching aids that meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Support project requirements through occasional travel.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Canada as a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or on a valid Work permit.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods and a Government of Canada NATO SECRET security clearance.
  • Formal training in Instructional Techniques.
  • Experience in Signals intelligence and/or Radar Intelligence.
  • Intelligence support to Maritime tasking experience.
  • Experience in supporting intelligence-focused Close Air Support.
  • Experience with a Standards Unit or Central Flying School.
  • Manned ISR collection assets experience.
