About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at 12925389 Canada Inc. as a User Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other technical support workers in this group.
  • Education and Experience: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate, and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
