About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Raz Accounting and Tax Services Inc. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and clients, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Tax Preparation: Assist with tax preparation and filing, including individual and corporate tax returns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
