Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2717161 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Responsibilities- Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
- Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen operations
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
- Plan and coordinate menu development, food preparation, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior culinary role
- Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
