Nuovo Photography, a leading photography studio committed to empowering women, is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Operations Program Manager. As an Operations Program Manager, your primary focus will be on reporting, optimizing, and enhancing key initiatives across various departments. You will address significant challenges, influence strategic planning, and establish frameworks that enable teams to excel and achieve shared objectives. Furthermore, you will provide program management support utilizing agile methodologies, customizing solutions for different programs while overseeing large-scale projects in a dynamic, virtual setting. Each day presents new challenges, and we thrive in an environment of uncertainty. You will need to adapt to changing approaches, situations, and priorities, leveraging your experience and judgment to deliver optimal outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include...

1. Reporting & Decision Support:

Generate reports that align with the organization's goals and objectives for various stakeholders.

Continuously enhance reporting by integrating business feedback.

Collaborate with finance to connect program profitability with operational enhancements.

Assist in the annual investment planning process as required.

2. Operations Management:

Oversee program operations, including work prioritization and strategic planning.

Align critical initiatives with the organization's goals and objectives.

Utilize data and insights to identify operational challenges and opportunities.

Develop recommendations and presentations to support your findings.

Facilitate the implementation of new processes.

Work collaboratively with the team to optimize and share best practices.

3. Program Management:

Provide program management for significant initiatives, including root cause analysis, coordination with executive leadership, and monitoring execution.

Collaborate with executives to establish goals, align plans with success criteria, and report progress and risks to stakeholders.

Operate in an agile manner, engaging in cross-functional planning and regular retrospectives for continuous improvement.

Recommend process optimizations for enhanced results where applicable.

Qualifications

Requirements

7+ years of experience in strategy, PMO, and/or management consulting.

Proven experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives across multiple locations and business sectors.

Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, including report creation and presentation abilities.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset to drive impact in uncertain environments.

Ability to cultivate high-trust relationships with individuals and teams across the organization.

Hands-on experience with various project management methodologies; certifications are a significant asset.

Creative problem-solving skills and the unique ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations.
