As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing core functions, and providing thought leadership to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery and strategic alignment.
- Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project status reporting, aligned with enterprise project portfolios.
- Provide transparency to senior management on portfolio issues, risks, and recommend strategies for effective operations.
- Conduct project audits to ensure standards and scopes are met.
- Build and maintain a body of knowledge accessible to all team members.
- Communicate effectively with management, providing ideas and recommendations for optimizing business operations and resources.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolving scheduling conflicts to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with agile lifecycle and tracking tools, such as JIRA.
- Deep skills in program management tools, including Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working on technology projects related to financial services.
- Knowledge of wealth management, banking technology, and related applications.
- Familiarity with Agile – Scrum methodology, Kanban a plus.
