About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager, Studio Operations to join our dedicated live services team at PlayStation Studios. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our ambitions in the live service space by providing expertise, challenging the status quo, and aligning the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of live operations strategies and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects
  • Provide operational expertise and guidance to ensure seamless execution of live services
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product and PMO organisations
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in the gaming industry, preferably in a platform environment
  • Experience working on live ops gaming ecosystems and projects
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to integrate projects quickly to bring value and solve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
