Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Outreach Manager to join our team at Delmanor Communities. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our community partners, promoting our brand, and driving traffic to our residences.
Key Responsibilities- Community Outreach: Develop and implement effective community outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our residences.
- Partner Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, including healthcare providers, local influencers, and organizations.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute local and regional events to promote our brand and engage with the community.
- Lead Generation: Identify and report gaps in lead generation and manage the planning of in-house events to drive new business.
- Relationship Building: Foster professional relationships with community members, including healthcare partners, and establish a strong network of community contacts.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with community members.
- Community Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and influencers.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute events to promote our brand and engage with the community.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with community members, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and events.
